Securing Your Account with 2FA
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to your password.
Setting Up 2FA
- Log in to your Client Area
- Click your name in the top-right corner
- Select Security Settings
- Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Choose your method:
- Time-Based Tokens – Use Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar app
- Duo Security – Use Duo Mobile app
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code displayed in the app
- Save your backup code in a safe place
Logging In with 2FA
After enabling 2FA, you will be prompted to enter a verification code each time you log in. Open your authenticator app and enter the current code.
Lost Access?
If you lose access to your authenticator app, use your backup code to log in. Then contact support to reset 2FA.
