Email Forwarding Guide

Forward emails from your domain email to another email address like Gmail or Outlook.

Setting Up a Forwarder

1. Log in to cPanel
2. Go to Email section
3. Click Forwarders
4. Click Add Forwarder
5. Enter the email address to forward from
6. Enter the destination email address
7. Click Add Forwarder

Forward All Email (Catch-All)

To forward ALL emails sent to your domain (even non-existent addresses):

1. In Forwarders, scroll to Add Domain Forwarder
2. Select your domain
3. Enter the destination email
4. Click Add

Important Considerations

• Forwarded emails may be flagged as spam by the destination provider
• Consider using IMAP instead of forwarding to avoid delivery issues
• You can forward to multiple addresses by creating multiple forwarders
• To keep a copy locally, create the email account AND set up forwarding
